For more than 20 years I have been working on my skills to carve a professional profile empowering organisations objectives and customers needs alltogether. Sounds like an impossible equation to solve, huh? Well, as always, yes AND no!

I am a firm believer in BALANCE. I believe that, in order to being successful, one cannot take too many shortcuts or pass too quickly over the people who give value to the business.

I have worked in a large variety of industries in very different roles and learnt that leaders will never confess easily that they actually don’t know how to deal with their own staff!

HR professionals invent glorious methods and staffing policies, attracting the best talent. This is called HR Marketing.

Once on the job, the need for training is over 70%. For big organisations training is easy to achieve; but isn’t this a waste of time?
